Our Office Policies
Our Cardiologists and highly trained clinical support staff provide comprehensive adult cardiology services, including noninvasive/invasive diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
Serving our patients' needs by providing positive patient experiences and outcomes is a top priority. We do this by offering the best medical services in a professional, competent, and courteous manner. We want each and every patient to leave our facilities feeling that we have exceeded their expectations, both medically and professionally.
Our Central Florida locations include state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and includes a cardiac catheterization laboratory. To support referring physicians and to achieve the highest degree of quality and efficiency in this ever-changing healthcare environment, we utilize the Florida Hospital system and accept most major medical insurances.

Billing
The Central Florida Cardiovascular Center accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- Personal Check
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However, payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
Appointments/Cancellations
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.
To schedule an appointment please call us at 352-253-0003. We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice. Failure to give at least a 24 hour cancellation will result in a $50.00 no show/cancellation fee. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.

Please call 911 if you are having a medical emergency.
Patient Forms
The Central Florida Cardiovascular Center provides our patients with office forms for your convenience. We recommend you print and fill these forms prior to your appointment to save time.
